Michael Roy Carson (born ?/?/1977) was a witness for the prosecution against Jason Baldwin. His testimony consisted of details that Baldwin had given him during a "jail house confession".[1][2]
The validity of Carson's testimony was questioned by his counselor, Danny Williams, as having been derived from details that he had given Carson. However, upon being interviewed by the prosecution, Williams admitted that he did not remember what he had discussed with Carson.[3]
